• ​All prices are listed in Australian dollars ($A) and includes GST where applicable.
• ​Your payment supports the continued weaving of these sacred offerings and the sustainability of this soul-led business.
• ​We accept credit card, direct deposit, cash, and afterpay.
• Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
• Please ensure your details are correct when placing an order or booking a service.

Shipping and Delivery

• Each creation is packed with care and intention. Orders are generally shipped within one (1) to five (5) business days, unless otherwise noted.
• Flat rate of $11.00 postage within Australia. 
• Please request international postage price prior to purchase.
• Free postage within Australia for orders over $250.00.
• Tracking details shall be emailed once your special delivery has been posted.
• While we lovingly prepare each order, delays can sometimes occur due to postal services, or customs. 
• We appreciate your patience and understanding in these moments.

Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the personal and energetic nature of Love Anandi offerings, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds or returns for change of heart.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within five (5) days with photos, and we will do our best to offer a soul-aligned resolution. 
• For retreats and one-on-one sessions, cancellations are not refundable, but we will always aim to reschedule where possible.

Caring for Your Sacred Tools

• Treat your items as sacred, and they will continue to support your journey.
• To honour the integrity of your jewellery and sprays:
  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or sleeping
  • Store jewellery in a dry space or in the pouch provided.
  • Shake energy sprays gently before use, and keep away from heat and direct sunlight.

Sacred Content and Intellectual Property

• All words, images, and creations shared through Love Anandi are born of spirit and creativity.
• Reproduction or use of any Love Anandi content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
• These offerings are shared with reverence, and we ask the same in return.

Privacy and Energetic Respect

• Your privacy and trust are deeply valued. Personal details shared with Love Anandi are held in confidence and will never be shared or sold.

Limitation of Responsibility

• Love Anandi is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of products or services.
• ​By choosing to work with our offerings, you acknowledge your own sovereignty and responsibility.

Governing Law

• These Terms are guided by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any legal matters will be handled within that jurisdiction.​
